Midwestmultidisciplined engineering firm is looking to add an AutomationEngineer to their Houstonteam!
Responsibilities :
- Responsiblefor the design installation commissioning and testing process andinstrumentation & control systems(SCADA)
- Collaboratewith internal departments including information technologyengineering andoperations
- Provideproject management manage teams and ensure quality control duringall phases ofproject
- Provideinstrumentation & control design services forwater / wastewater treatment facilities pumping stations and relatedfacilities
- Onsitework for municipal clients (instrumentation configurationinstallation assistance and control system and processstartup / testing
- Oncall24 / 7 (rotate weekly) to troubleshoot instrumentation / controlissues
Requirements :
- B.S.degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringTechnology
- 5years of experience as an Electrical / Controls Engineer performingdesign programming installation and startuptasks
- Programmingexperience using PLCs SCADA and OITssoftware
- Experienceusing various products( ConcentricIntegration primarily include AllenBradley SLC MicroLogixCompactLogix ControlLogix PanelView Rockwell FactoryTalk View GEiFIX Inductive Automation Ignition Wonderware System PlatformInTouch and otherhardware / software)
- Advancedcomputerskills
- AutoCAD / Visio experiencepreferred
Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
