Position Overview :
As a Data Analyst at Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart youwill be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting datato help us make informed decisions.
You will work closely with ourmanagement team to identify areas of improvement and provideactionable insights to drive business growth.
KeyResponsibilities :
Collectorganize and analyze large sets of data from various sourcesincluding sales inventory and customer data
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to themanagement team
Identify trends and patterns indata to inform business strategies and decisionmaking
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understandbusiness needs and provide datadriven solutions
Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensureaccuracy and consistency of data
Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices in data analysis tocontinuously improve processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematicsor a related field
2 years of experience indata analysis preferably in a retail or consumer goodsindustry
Proficient in SQL and datavisualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attentionto detail
Ability to communicate complex datainsights in a clear and concise manner
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is aplus
Familiarity with data management and ETLprocesses is a plus

You are paid within thesalary range based on your experience and market data of theposition. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Thesalary range for this position is : $50000.00$63000.00
Employees may be eligiblefor pay incentives based on overall corporate and individualperformance and at the discretion of our Board.
