About The Position

ID : 48593912 Shift : 8hr Day 8x Description : HWL , AR (0010-1266)-AN-0004 Address; 1409 Hwy 62 65 N Ste 4HarrisonAR72601-1970*Facility would like to offer a $3,000 completion bonus to the traveler after 16-weeks OR $5,000 Completion bonus after a 26-week contract.

Terms : 576 hours in a 16 week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies ; 936 hours with no more than 3 call offs or tardies.

Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads - TBDWill accept First Time Travelers - TBD Float to other clinics : TBDPatient Population : OutpatientVisits per week : 12-14 / day (60 per week) 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 96
