The Role

Abridge is experiencing rapid growth across all areas, and we are looking for a dynamic Executive Operations Partner to strategically support our Chief Commercial Officer. This remote-first role is integral to driving operational efficiency, ensuring that our executives are well-supported and equipped to meet the company’s fast-paced demands. You will manage high-level administrative needs while playing a critical role in optimizing processes and enabling the growth of the leadership team. Your work will directly impact Abridge’s ability to scale quickly and effectively, and you will report directly to the leadership team.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support & Calendar Management : You will oversee and optimize the calendars of the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), ensuring time is allocated efficiently and priorities are managed. You will also support inbox triaging and time management to maximize your executive’s productivity. After an initial ramp period, you will take on the support of at least one additional executive at the Vice President level.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement : You’ll manage all logistics for meetings, travel, and events, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure your executives are always prepared and aligned.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement : You’ll collaborate with the Executive Operations Partners across the company to streamline administrative processes, proactively identify gaps, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. Provide help to other Executive Operations partners for team events like offsites and company events, as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Experience : 8+ years in roles supporting leadership, such as Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant or Executive Operations, with proven success in dynamic environments supporting sales leaders. Demonstrated ease in serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, as well as existing and potential customers and partners.

Startup Mentality : Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments, where flexibility and adaptability are essential. You are resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and have grit! You thrive in an environment where continuous learning and growth are core values, and you bring that mindset to your work and collaboration.

Leadership Support Expertise : Experience managing executives’ times and providing strategic recommendations that directly impact their success, particularly experience supporting sales executives or a similar role that is heavily focused on external stakeholders.

Organizational Mastery : Exceptional skills in managing time, schedules, and travel logistics with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and key stakeholders informed.

Strong Communication : Clear, concise, and confident in verbal and written communication, with an ability to establish and build trust in relationships across all levels of the company.

Discretion and Sound Judgment : Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising sound judgment in all interactions and decision-making. Represent the executive leadership team with high professionalism in all interactions, bringing solution-oriented approaches to identifying and resolving challenges before they become major issues.

Proactive Problem-Solving : A knack for identifying gaps, anticipating needs, and taking initiative to improve efficiency and solve problems before they arise.

Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack and a desire to adopt new tools that streamline business operations and administration.

Bonus Points If…

Experience with productivity tools such as Superhuman and Notion.

Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy regulation, and compliance standards, or a willingness to learn. A desire and appreciation for mentoring and coaching other administrative professionals to build a high-performing operations team.

This is a remote-first position

This is a remote-first position, but must be able to work U.S. Central time zone hours as a base line of working hours, no matter where the candidate is located.
