Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Columbus, OH 43210 (Ohio nursing jobs) Assignment Type : Locum tenens, Travel Registered Nurse Start Date : November 3, 2025 End Date : February 2, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 3x12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM), weekdays and every other weekend Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary : $1940 - $1990 per week Patient Population : Adult patients (medical, pre / post-surgical, hepatology specialty) Unit Size : 32 beds, average daily census 25-32 Orientation : 36 hours Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Tele RN experience required Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact or Ohio state license) Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program BCLS certification required IV certification required EPIC electronic health record experience required Proficient in IV starts, monitoring, lab draws, medication administration, and patient education Ability to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity within the healthcare facility Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Two professional references required (one from a manager / director or formal leader) RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, specializing in hepatology Perform IV starts, medication administration, patient monitoring, and lab draws Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions Document all care in EPIC electronic health records Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and social services Float to other nursing units as needed based on patient acuity and staffing requirements Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and isolation precautions Join our healthcare team in Columbus, Ohio, and take the next step in your travel nursing career.
