- Create and update nutritional program, utilizing nutritional guidelines, professional knowledge, and interviewing skills to meet the requirements of specific patient
- Document changes in patient condition

- NYS Licensed Dietitian (CDN)
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- 1 yr experience
