Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Machine Operator P ositions in Ferndale, MI. In general food assembly for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including :
- Reading product recipes, along with measuring and using scales to weigh ingredients.
- Able to operate control panels on specific machines.
- Adhere to food safety and sterile work environment process.
- Ability to identify ingredients and label accordingly.
- Self-motivated with eagerness to cross-train and work in a team environment.
- Food product experience is a plus.
This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $14.
00 - $14.50 per hour. Generous referral bonuses are available.
Available shifts include 1st (6 : 00 am 2 : 30 pm) 2nd shift (2 : 00 pm 10 : 30 pm) 3rd shift (10 : 00 pm 6 : 30 am). Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
During their peak season starting in May, you will work 7 days a week.
