Current vaccination attestation / documentation (COVID, Flu, Hep B). Comfortable working in a primary care setting. Experience with EPIC / MyChart or another EMR system. Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. Phlebotomy experience is a plus. MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM. No patient time between 12 PM1 PM. 801 hours. Opportunity for permanent hire after the satisfactory completion of the contract. $25.96 - $38.94 (Depending on experience) Paid Sick Time Offered (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances; WA - 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked) Health Benefits / Dental / Vision (Medix Offers 6 different health plans : 3 Major Medical Plans, 2 Fixed Indemnity Plans (Standard and Preferred), and 1 Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan. Overview of Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of patient check-in and greeting.
- Prep charts and manage the daily appointment schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient exam area.
- Communicate patient status and needs to clinicians.
- Assist with patient check-out and follow-up duties.
- Perform both clinical and administrative duties, including referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and phone calls.
