We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Project size $50,000 to $2,000,000.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Manage subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Prepare and manage project schedules
- Estimate projects
- Prepare RFPs (Requests for Proposal) for subcontractors
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in construction management
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Project and Adobe or Foxit
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience with RS Means estimating a plus, but not required
