Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Strong sales skills with a focus consultative selling approach
  • Assist customers in selecting the best exterior home services.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
  • Be knowledge of products and services offered, as well as the industry.
  • Overcoming objections through value building in our product and brand
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from interested consumers.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills to present additional opportunities.
  • Ability to build rapport, create value-based presentations, and address concerns.
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores through rapport building and relationships.
  • Convert inquiries to sales through established sales techniques.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience :

  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • High level of sales acumen
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal / written)
  • Motivated and energetic.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Computer skills and internet navigation
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
