Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Manager Tax Compliance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of audit files to document, define, demonstrate, inform, and archive US Federal and applicable state tax return work papers
- Ensure compliance with all federal domestic direct tax laws and that all tax reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that all claimed positions have the requisite level of authority and effectively communicate risks associated with uncertain positions
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of tax basis balance sheets and subsidiary stock basis computations for organizational legal entities
- Perform technical review and research of complex tax return issues
- Partner with broader tax team and FP&A, to deliver analytical solutions and determine impact of strategic business decisions and transactions
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years in tax experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software's
Experience :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any tax-related issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and executive teams.
- Familiarity with tax regulations in the US and one other country.
