We are hiring Guest Services Event Staff in Los Angeles, CA.

• Schedule : 5 : 30 am - 2 : 00 pm or 12 : 00 pm - 8 : 30 pm. Must be able to work any day of the week but will only work 40 hours.
• Pay : $20 / hr.

Essential job functions :

• Welcome and greet students, faculty, staff, and guests upon entry
• Scan cards, visitor QR codes, or alumni at the pedestrian entrance to gain access to campus
• Promote and provide the best experience for internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and courteously provide assistance
• Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies upheld

Qualifications : Six months of customer service experience, ability to stand for entire shifts, and the ability to work outdoors.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.

Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
