We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant at our West Allis, WI office to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Location : West Allis, WI; In-Office
Pay : $16-$18 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Appointment setting - Existing clientele / leads provided by Representative
- General clerical duties
- Office maintenance and stocking
- Answer incoming calls and retrieve messages
- Maintain communication with home office and regional office
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Client Management System Coordination- Assist in gathering information in CRM system for client and product notes. Gather other relevant client information for communication.
- Monitor and coordinator dashboard tasks
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Client communications - Appointment reminders, special occasion communications, appointment follow-ups
- Social media and marketing assistance
- Local community involvement and coordination
Skills :
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
