What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their buying journey and providing solutions that meet their needs.
This is not your typical call center role-our environment is dynamic, fun, and collaborative. You'll spend your days interacting with customers via phone, chat, and email, solving problems, and helping them discover the best gaming or tech solution for their setup.

Who We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you need to have a passion for technology, computers, and gaming. Sales experience is a plus, but more importantly, we're looking for individuals who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a solutions-oriented mindset to our team.

- Positive and proactive attitude
- Sales skills and ability to close deals
- Strong communicator-both verbally and in writing
- Tech-savvy with a passion for gaming or computers
- Problem solver with the ability to make the complex simple
- Empathy and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Local candidates only
Bonus Points :
- 2-4 years of sales experience, particularly in phone or gaming sales
- Experience with customer service platforms and technology systems
