We are expanding at the Bo Cochran Allstate Agency, and have an opening for top-performing Inside Sales Agent to join our team-oriented sales department.
With our insurance offices extensive customer care work, a successful team structure, and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success.

Responsibilities
- Handle policy reviews and smaller service transactions.
- Promptly answer inbound calls from current clients and handle transactions efficiently.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Work lead lists as assigned using the lead management system following the rules and guidelines as set by your Sales Leader and / or Agency Manager.
- Perfect compliance with all Allstate and Bo Cochran Agency guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and team player attitude.
- Career minded vision.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Property & Casualty or Personal lines insurance license is required.
- Prior Allstate experience preferred.
