Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Social Worker to join our team in the Genoa, Illinoisarea.
About the Role :
As a Part-Time Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and social well-being of our students.
You will work closely with students, families, and educators to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with families and educators to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Advocate for students and ensure they have access to the resources they need to succeed.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible social worker in the state of Illinois.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care.
