Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound customer calls and written requests with a positive attitude
- Proactively solve issues by running reports to identify and correct problems before they occur
- Assist customers in identifying and evaluating fraudulent charges on their account and work with systems in place to recover funds
- Set up and maintain customer account information
- Ensure various databases are kept up to date with accurate information
Essential background and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED), an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Spanish speaking is desired
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Proficient Internet and Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of Zendesk or other customer service software a plus
