JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing and Events Manager will play a key role in the growth of our branding, PR, and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Event Management : Lead the coordination and execution of all our company-sponsored events, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Lead Nurturing : Develop and implement lead nurture programs, working hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads generated from events.
- Analytics & Reporting : Measure the success of each event in terms of brand presence, lead generation, and opportunity creation.
Provide insightful reports to steer future strategies.
- Promotion : Amplify our event presence using various marketing channels, from social media to direct outreach, ensuring maximum visibility and participation.
- Public Relations & Speaking Opportunities : Identify, secure, and prepare for PR opportunities and speaking engagements that align with our strategic growth objectives.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Product, and Design, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging at events.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the events budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining event quality and impact.
- Vendor Relationships : Foster and maintain relationships with event vendors, venues, and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring value.
- Trend Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor approaches, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of events we participate in.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management and marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully organizing and promoting events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using event management software and marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of PR best practices and experience securing speaking engagements is a plus.
- Direct experience working in the DOD field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with MS office software and Salesforce CRM.

Compensation : $100,000 - $140,000
