Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of the proposal process for complex RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored responses and ensure compliance with RFP requirements

Serve as a strategic advisor on proposal strategy and assist in tracking proposal metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law firm or B2B environment

Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services or similar professional services

Exceptional writing and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools is a plus
