Day Services
Responsibilities
Provides Supervision, evaluation, and training to assigned Community Integration Assistants. Provides habilitation, consultation, and any required clinical supervision for Day Habilitation Program participants as outlined in each Day Habilitation Plan.
Promotes positive behaviors and interaction with all individuals.
Qualifications
Requires an Associate's Degree in a related human service field from an accredited program, and one year of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities;
or providing a minimum of three years of direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary
Commensurate with experience.
Location
Rochester, NY - Chili Day Hab.
Hours
40 hours.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm.
