Technical Writer - Security Clearance Required

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

P rovide writing and editing services across the program.

C ontribute to producing and publishing program status reports, meeting agendas, plans and procedures, technical data and reports, and other program deliverables.

C ollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, write, revise, and edit technical documentation, including program processes or presentations, SOPs, technical manuals, and white papers.

A ssist with the management of updates and revisions to technical literature.

They will receive direction from more senior personnel.

Basic Qualifications :

2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) .

Preferred Qualifications :

Certified Technical Writer (CTW), Adobe Certified Expert FrameMaker certifications .

Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline.

Master's degree in Writing , Communication, or STEM.

Clearance Requirements :

Must have a current / active TS / SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a P olygraph .

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a compute r.
