We are seeking an Intake Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for strategically enhancing the client intake process, coaching and mentoring intake coordinators and client service coordinators, and assisting with the overall client experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage the firm's intake process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of client inquiries and consultations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the intake process to maximize client conversion rates and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to provide necessary data and insights for marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure accurate and thorough information gathering for client intake and management.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to intake coordinators and client service coordinators to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve the overall client experience from initial contact through case resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze intake performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client intake, client services, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management, leadership, or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of personal injury law and experience in a law firm setting is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience managing CRM software and leveraging data analytics for decision-making.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and measure intake performance and client satisfaction.
