FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

We have a high retention rate and we strive to make sure you have the best experience possible. We are currently hiring for a Full-time Maintenance Assistant for our Atlanta community, located near Grant Park in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Maintenance Assistant will assist our Maintenance Supervisor to support our Plant Operations. The Full-time position is Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend on call.

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications include :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required
• One year of Maintenance experience in LTC / Skilled nursing community preferred
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal / State / JCAHO surveys preferred
• Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal / written)
• Ability to foster team work with coworkers
• Experience working with TELS Building Management system preferred
• Strong organization and time management skills
