Job Title : Physical Therapist - Sign-on Bonus

Job Type : Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. PM Shift (Mon-Thursday) 9-5pm (Fridays). Open to discussing schedule further during interview.)

Job Location : 4701 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY (Queens; outpatient clinic)

Salary Range : $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities :

Physical Therapist responsibilities include

• Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
• Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
• Provide excellent 1 : 1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
• Medical Specialties at the clinic include ortho, sports medicine, and neuro.
• General ortho outpatient caseload.

Qualifications :

• NYS Physical Therapist License
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Must be familiar with treating chronic and acute conditions
