YourRole and Impact :

As a BehaviorTechnician you will dive into the heart of our mission workingoneonone with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role willinvolve :

• Delivering Applied BehaviorAnalysis (ABA) therapy in various settings including homes schoolsand our centers.
• Collaborating with BehaviorAnalysts to implement comprehensive treatmentplans.
• Monitoring client behavior documentingprogress and fostering a supportive environment for skillacquisition and behavior reduction.
• Being anintegral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming livesthrough tailored interventionstrategies.

PositionDetails :

• Location : Ontarioand surrounding areas
• Schedule : MondaythroughFriday Saturday and Sunday availabilityoptional
• Hours : Must commit to a minimum of 20hours a week between the hours of 3pm 8pm and a consistent schedulefor at least 6 months at a time.

Some morning hours may beavailable as well.

Spanish preferred but notrequired

Qualifications :

• HighSchool Diploma / GED Required
• Associates orBachelors Degree in Behavioral Health or related fieldpreferred
• Complete BTL1 Certification (Programand cost covered by company)
• ReliableTransportation & Valid Automobile InsuranceRequired
• Relevant experiencepreferred
• Must be physically able to sit on thefloor and stand for long periods oftime
• Commitment to a consistent work schedulefor at least 6 monthintervals
