Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation, you will develop, implement, and manage all clinical aspects for your assigned patients.
Be an integral part of the overall decision-making process bridging clinical and administrative matters involving both the clinic and residential sites.

Work can either be full time during the weekdays, Monday- Friday from 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm, Part Time, or PRN. Work is performed at the CNS clinic(s) with some work at the residential treatment setting(s) and in the community.

Job Tasks :
Administers or supervises the administration of medications and treatments. Assesses patients, takes vital signs, and monitors the medical progress of patients.
Follows physician's orders. Formulates and implements individualized nursing plans to improve the patients' quality of life.
Performs reporting, including written summaries and verbally presenting findings in meetings.
Performs toilet and chair transfers.
Provides for the safety of patients, visitors, staff and self when interacting with patients who may have behavioral outbursts.
May transport patients in company-owned or personal vehicle when company transportation vehicles are unavailable requiring transferring and driving abilities.
Job Requirements :
Current / clear Registered Nurse state licensure required. Blood Draw and IV certifications preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Successful completion of pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, health screen, and criminal history background clearance.
