What you'll do :
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Customer service updates
- Ensure incoming trailers are ready for service
- Audit work orders
- Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
- File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
- Assisting with calculations of technician work time
- Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership
What we're looking for :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- An awesome attitude!
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
