Certified PCA/HHA Positions Available

Incare Home HealthCare (servicing the five boroughs of NY) is seeking professional caregivers to support our progressive team.

We are a very personalized, boutique agency, offering exemplary care services. Currently enlisting Premium, HHA / PCA licensed Caregivers for esteemed clients.

Professionalism is a must.

The Caregiver will work in collaboration with the Care Coordinator / Client and Family Member(s) / Extended Care Team (Care Manager, Social Worker, Nurse, etc.

Wages are commensurate with experience. A heart for people and an aptitude in communication skills are fundamental. The following skills and conduct are essential :

Experienced knowledge, skill set and competency based on years of providing care for various patient diagnoses and care needs

Responsibilities

Provide health care services in patients residences

Perform domestic and household tasks

Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital

Remind client to take prescribed medications

Assist with clients personal care activities

Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition

Maintain patients care records and document provided services

Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies / exercises

Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise

Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills

Proven working experience as home health aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide(PCA)

Ability to monitor vital signs

Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards

Bilingual : English, Spanish, Creole, Russian, Mandarin

Caring and compassionate personality

Valid HHA Certificate

Valid PCA Certificate

Personal protective equipment provided or required

Temperature screenings

Social distancing guidelines in place

Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
