As our portfolio continues to grow, so does our Corporate Team! We are hiring a Manager of Systems to join our IT Team. Our corporate office is located in McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ.

As the Manager of Systems, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s property management software and technology systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems supporting the operations, finance, leasing, and maintenance teams function smoothly, and will act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, updates, and user training.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will :

• Administer and maintain property management systems (ResMan, Union, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
• Enhance company and department reporting utilizing Oracle as the main reporting system.
• Manage integrations with all applicable technology products.
• Ensure proper functioning of systems related to accounting, reporting, leasing, CRM, and maintenance requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system issues or bugs.
• Provide end-user support and resolve any technical issues related to software platforms.
• Work closely with vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist with the setup and implementation of new properties in property management software.
• Customize system configurations to meet the operational needs of the property management teams.
• Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and processes for greater efficiency.
• Coordinate with the training department on the use of various systems and software solutions.
• Ensure up to date user guides, manuals, and documentation.
• Maintain data integrity within all systems and assist with data migration and auditing as necessary.
• Generate and provide reports for financial and operational teams as needed.

We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems administration, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of property management software (e.g., ResMan, Union, Yardi, RealPage).
• Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Oracle.
• Experience troubleshooting software and technology systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

The salary range for this position starts at $85,000 commensurate with experience.
