The Opportunity

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter who is upbeat, driven, and energized by building relationships. In this on-site role, you'll be the go-to partner for engineering leaders—helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and other technical roles. What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process

sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent

  • Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing and networking strategies
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from start to finish
  • Use data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies
  • Promote the company's mission-driven culture and employer brand

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on technical / engineering roles
  • Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical positions
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and driven—you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
