Key Responsibilities
Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across clinical programs
Identify, manage, and ensure timely follow-up on clinical discrepancies
Conduct audits and compliance assessments to meet regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in quality assurance or quality control
Deep understanding of nursing standards and familiarity with laboratory operations
Must hold a valid state nursing license with NLC (or willing to obtain)
