Area Coverage : Maricopa County
A CNA per visit rate of $25.00
As a PER DIEM Palmeira Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you can expect :
- FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement : $0.67 per mile
- New Hire training for 1-3 days
- Opportunity for growth and increased clinician experience
- SUPPORT : 24 / 7 Available Clinical and Intake Support

Requirements :
- At least 1 year active or recent experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferably in Home Health
- Possess a Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification / license (CNA / LNA) in the State of Arizona
- Possess a Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS
- A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
- A copy of Immunization / Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)
- Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance
Others :
- Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
