QA Engineer, and take part in defining and driving the future worldwide market leading product suite consists of : Network Access Control, Endpoint Compliance, Mobile Control, and Intrusion Prevention.

Applications range from Client / Server applications to Web apps for a Network Access Control solution, running on both Windows and Linux systems.

What will you do?Testing on-prem solution software suite along with third party devices including : Network / Switch devicesEndpoint complianceSoftware integrationsDesign, develop and maintain manual and automated test suitesAnalyze and report defects on software to improve conformance, stability, and supportabilityExecute end-to-end-testing (manual / automated), integration testing, sanity testing and creating documents, use-cases, design and other technical documents.

Test defect fixes and new functionality as requiredWork closely with product, development, and other quality assurance engineers on testing processes and execution.

Translate system requirements and specs to test casesWhat you bring to ForeScout?Professional Skills : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance in network and endpoint securityExperience testing network security product like firewall, intrusion prevention systems, and SIEM solution, are highly desirableExperience with Cisco, Juniper, and or HPE network devices is recommended.

Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, SQL and database with working knowledge of Java a plusDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot software and network issues logically and analytically.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologiesExcellent communication and collaborative skillsSkilled in troubleshooting and debugging techniquesExperience with VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM is recommended.

Experience with automation platforms and script development recommendedNetworking : Good understanding of TCP / IPKnowledge in protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, 802.
