The Lewis Barbe-crew is looking for a hard-working, passionate individual who is interested in becoming a front of house assistant manager.
We need a motivated, organized, manager with the skills to maintain company standards in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Assistant manager responsibilities include :
Develop good customer relationships.
Address employee and customer concerns.
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Provide direction to the staff.
Navigate & troubleshoot POS system.
Toast experience is a plus but not required.)
Help create & foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

This position requires 5 shifts worked per week, resulting in approximately 40-45 hours.
Shifts run from 9am-5pm, 1130am-8pm, or 3pm-close (approx. 11pm).
Schedule will be a mixture of these shifts.
Open availability is preferred.
Annual salary : $60,000

About our Company
In 2015, John Lewis packed up his smokers and moved to the Holy City from Austin, Texas to introduce the Lowcountry to the great world of Texas barbecue.
The following year, Lewis Barbecue opened its doors. Since then, his eponymous spot has been hailed as one of the best bbq restaurants in the country by the likes of Southern Living, Conde Nast Traveler, Garden & Gun, and more for its legendary brisket, honky tonk music, cold cocktails, and laid-back vibes.
In spring 2022, John branched out to open Rancho Lewis, his love letter to West- Texas Border Food. He is now packing up his smokers again and heading to Greenville to bring a little Texas Barbecue to the Upstate.
