Key ResponsibilitiesLocate providers and schedule appointments for members based on their needsResearch community resources and assist in transitions of care for hospitalized patientsParticipate in operational activities, including data collection and analysisRequired Qualifications and EducationExperience in a managed care environment or training in chronic pain managementUnderstanding of plan benefit structures and psychiatric / medical terminologyAssociates degree preferred;
high school diploma or GED requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPublic outreach experience and customer service skills
