Responsibilities :
- To compile, sort, and verifythe accuracy of information before it is entered.
- To locateand correcterrors or reportthem to asupervisor.
- Maintainlogs of activities and completed work.
- Selectmaterials needed to complete work assignments.
- Storecompleted documents in appropriate locations.
- Inputalphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format.
- Manage phone interactions with clients for support and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work 8a.m.- 5 : 00 p.m. weekdays.
- Ability to pass a basic Microsoft Word test (scoring 80% or better).
- Abilityto pass an alpha numeric data entry test based on speed, accuracy, and number of errors.
- Must be familiar with basic computer functions (such as copying and pasting).
- Must be on time, with a positive attitude and ready to work.
- The chosen candidate must have a flexible schedule. The work schedule of this position changes as the consumer demand changes.
