A company is looking for a Technical Analyst I to install and troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Success Analyst for Test and Turn Up (TTU) and cutover dispatches
Work with onsite technicians to deploy customer solutions and host bridge calls with vendors
Update tickets and organize job completion status communication with relevant teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED; associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
Two years of experience in IT, Network Operations (Voice / Data Solutions), and customer support
Experience with telephone networks (POTS and VoIP) and advanced networking technologies
Working knowledge of protocol and packet analysis, switching, and routing protocols
Familiarity with cloud-based communication solutions like Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
