Work Shift : Float Pool 5 Night
The Pediatric Float Pool Nurse contributes to creating a compassionate environment for patients and families through active listening and exceptional patient care.
- Implements physician orders, administers medications, and performs treatments
- Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care
- Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
- Directs and guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards
