Role Overview :

Zomee is seeking an agile, sharp Operations Associate to support our Head of Operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who learns quickly, thrives wearing many hats, and believes no task is too small, while knowing the sky’s the limit. This person should be a true jack-of-all trades and should be prepared to help with HR, IT, Systems, Product, Finance, and Project Management.

If you’re a problem solver with a great attitude who can seamlessly shift from researching and installing a Starlink dish to organizing product info decks, and from sorting through resumes to receiving inventory, this role might be for you.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the purchasing supply chain
• Source candidates and organize resumes for open positions
• Coordinate new software buildouts with developers
• Receive, organize and track inventory in our warehouse
