Overview
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in handling insurance defense litigation cases for our Fortune 50 company.
This role involves managing a high-volume caseload from discovery to trial, requiring exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures.

Qualifications
- Law degree from ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Active license to practice law in New York and member in good standing with the state bar
- 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation / trial experience
- Background in paperless environment and technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
