Holy Family Catholic School is seeking a part-time school counselor to join our faculty and staff for the 2024-25 school year.
The School Counselor will work closely with our Principal, faculty, parents, and Learning Resource team in a highly collaborative manner committed to supporting the intellectual, spiritual, and social-emotional well-being of our students in kindergarten through eighth grade.
The counselor will provide counseling in one-to-one, small group, and whole group settings to address our students' personal, social, and academic needs while working with our faculty and parents to support our students.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in counseling, fully embrace and support the mission of our Catholic School, and have a desire to help children recognize their goodness and value as young people made in the image and likeness of God .
Candidates must be a practicing Catholic , and hold or be able to obtain certification as a school counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
