About The Position
Position : Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA)
Location : Chico, CA 95926
Shift : 8- or 10-hour shifts, Days with 0630 start time. Alternating Weekends
Call and rotational weekend shifts required
Duration : 13 Weeks with possible extensions
Start Date : 10 / 28 / 2024
Bed Size : 150-500
Trauma Level : Level 2
EMR Used : EPIC
The RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) is a licensed professional who renders direct patient care as a part of the perioperative role by functioning as a first assistant to the surgeon.

Job Requirements
- Must be current RNFA with CNOR certification
- Current CA RN license
- BLS certification
- Current ACLS
- Must be credentialed through Medical Staff prior to start
- Must have two years of perioperative experience and CNOR.
- Must have EPIC computer experience.
