Enrollments / Sales :
- Connect and consult with inquiring families regarding their needs
- Enroll students / families in Sylvan’s proven success program
- Set and achieve enrollment goals / targets
- Develop and implement local marketing activities
Manage Team :
- Participate in selection, management, and motivation of center employees
- Partner with the Executive Director / other directors to assist in the center operations and the company’s overall success
- Demonstrate and uphold a high level of morale and spirit for you and your staff
- Ensure the center maintains high professional standards of appearance
Job Requirements :
- Demonstrated outgoing and dynamic personality
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years sales / customer service, or similar experience
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Driven, self-starter, with track record of success
