SUMMARY OF DUTIES

An On-Call Wellness Associates' primary responsibility is to effectively manage the check-in process for on-site screening appointments, ensuring that employees are welcomed warmly and checked in accurately.

The Wellness Associate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet clients as they arrive for screening appointments in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Verify client information, and ensure all necessary registration is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter client data onto report cards accurately.
  • Manage screening schedule as needed.
  • Answer inquiries regarding appointments, the general screening process, and client programming.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate waiting areas or service areas.
  • Collaborate with Wellness Clinicians to ensure smooth operations and employee or client satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of check-in area.
  • Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations in handling patient or client information as set forth by
  • Provide concise post screening event reporting to office staff per guidelines.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional in appearance, language, and all interactions with staff and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Business Casual attire when interacting with staff and clients.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the HealthYou Clinical Staff.
  • Communicates potential risk management issues per policy to HealthYou
  • Must participate in a minimum of 75% of staff meetings and required training sessions.
