We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and help contribute to our continued growth.
Must have a passion for service, mentoring & managing the day to day flow of operations.
Requirements :
- Must have 2+ year of high volume restaurant management experience
- Detail oriented and open communication skills
- Staff management and training background
- Open availability
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Directing the flow of service, providing consistent leadership and delegating responsibilities, through leading-by-example
- Assist with hiring, training and education of cooks
- Perform restaurant opening and closing activities
- Ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met
