Prior Authorization Supervisor

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Supervisor - Specialty Testing (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee work assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks

Generate and analyze inventory reports to optimize workflow

Audit employee work for accuracy and provide coaching for performance improvement

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required

Minimum 1 year of experience in prior authorizations preferred

3+ years of leadership experience strongly preferred

Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance claims and medical benefits preferred
