Our client is seeking an Attorney with over 5 years of experience to join their Government Contracts and Regulation business unit.

Candidates based in Washington D.C. are preferred. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements.
  • Experience advising clients on FAR compliance and certification requirements.
  • Experience prosecuting and defending bid protests at the GAO and Court of Federal Claims.
  • Experience with other government contracts litigation and investigations, including contract claims, OIG investigations, whistleblower claims, false claims, and prime-subcontractor disputes.
  • Assisting clients in obtaining Federal Government prime contracts.
  • Negotiating and preparing subcontracts, teaming agreements, and joint ventures.
  • Familiarity with small and disadvantaged business programs and processes.
  • Representing clients in mergers and acquisitions involving government contracts.
  • Advising public and non-profit clients on federal financial assistance awards.

Candidates with a portable business or a proven track record of client acquisition are preferred.
