Key Responsibilities

• Input and verify data into various systems and databases
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered
• Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
• Maintain and update electronic and physical records as needed
• Perform data cleaning and validation tasks
• Generate reports and prepare data for analysis
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative role
• Proficient in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
