Responsibilities :

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
- Schedule production activities to meet deadlines.
- Recruit and train staff to build a highperforming team.
- Conduct highlevel operations analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for the facility.
- Utilize labor management systems knowledge to optimize workforce productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Develop incentivebased rates for production to motivate employees.
- Utilize basic computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Oversee projects related to facility improvements and expansions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of foundry environments.
- Experience with leadership and people management.
- Experience with building incentivebased rates for production.
- Experience with labor management systems.
- Experience with project management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good math and measurement skills.
- Independent and selfmotivated.
- Great problemsolving skills.
- Strong supervisory skills including training counseling and disciplinary actions.
- Thorough knowledge of company health safety and environmental policies.
- Extensive knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Minimum of 7 years of plant management experience.
