Key Responsibilities

Engage and collaborate with customer executives to uncover pain points and demonstrate the transformative potential of the platform

Drive enterprise architecture and design engagements that align platform capabilities with strategic customer initiatives

Shape and communicate a compelling vision that connects customers' business strategies with the enterprise AI platform

Required Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in pre-sales or delivery-focused roles

5+ years of experience working with or implementing platform solutions

Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures in an application domain

Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes
